I have two columns. Column A contains a bin range.

e.g

10
10.5
11
11.5

Column B contains counts

e.g

2
4
1
3

I need a formula that lists every value individually in column C.

e.g.

10
10
10.5
10.5
10.5
10.5
11
11.5
11.5
11.5

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.

Drag down the yellow highlighted formulas until the last set contains no value in column B greater than 1. Paste values to another location, AutoFilter for rows with a B value less than 1, and delete those rows.
