Unable to copy data

Dear All,

A strange thing happens today. I have data between E4:P45000, I filter this data and then try to copy but excel return the following error:

"Microsoft Excel cannot create or use the data range reference because it is too complex. Try one or more of the following:

Use data that can be selected in one contiguos rectangle

Use data from the same sheet"

All the data is on the same sheet, I don't have any connections between sheets.

Could you guys help me on this?

Are you using the 'Auto Filter' or the 'Advanced Filter'? I imagine the 'Auto Filter' has more limitations with copying and pasting because it is working with the data on the fly. Trying using the 'Advanced Filter' which will write your data into cells and not just juggle it in memory.

I don't know how to do it with the advanced filter.

What I have done with the auto filter was:

Data from E4:P45000, the on column G I select on the box the following comments:

"Recepcao de BSM" and "Entregue" and filter all the data complete this requirements.

How can I do this with the advanced filter.

Advanced Filtering will move a copy of your subset of records to another part of your worksheet and is not reliant upon the clipboard. Seems like you want to use the values "Recepcao de BSM" and "Entregue" in your criteria section?
