AFAIK you can't make a standard msgbox blink.

Btw the msgbox isn't in Option Base 1 (Option Base 1 changes the lbound of an array from 0 to 1), the msgbox is in the function "IsComplete".

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Ive now changed the vbyellow to magenta and works fine.
I didnt want the message box to blink.

When i click OK on the message box it then closes and the first field with no text is highlighted.
It is this field in Magenta color i wish to blink.
So currently the field is say white.
So it would go white magenta white magenta etc etc

Thanks

That would be really annoying for the user, IMO.

The user is also really annoying.
Please could you advise.

Hopefully he wont see it that often & soon to know not to see it would be by putting the data in the field in the first place.

No-one is that annoying for me to attempt to write that code for :ROFLMAO: perhaps Rory feels otherwise.

Afraid not. Pie charts and flashing anything are my two pet peeves.

AND....blinking text / cells means a macro is in progress whilever it is happening, which cuts resources and slows the computer....AND it is also a pet hate of mine too !!!
