Unable to import data from notepad

Hi,

I have a notepad which has around 120 columns and 800 rows. When i try to import this data into xls I am getting only some of the colums in the first row and only one row of data is being populated. Can you please help me on this ?

What method are you currently using to import the file?

How are your data columns delimited?

I am using import From Text option under Data tab.

I had tried delimiting using tab.... since this data in notepad does not have ;

So what does it have?

Are the 'columns' the same width in characters? If so, maybe using 'fixed width' would work.
