Unable to view series (vlookup values) in bar chart

Hello,

I am relatively new with MS Excel. I have 2013 version. I am trying to create a Dynamic(?) chart that consists of index formulas and vlookups.

Basically the index value =IFERROR(INDEX($B$2:$B$208,SMALL(IF($G$20=A2:A208,ROW(B2:B208)-1,""),ROW()-21)),"")

is for Regions.

Region.............Country...................Value1..............Value2
A........................2............................0..................0
B.......................1...........................1................3..
A........................4..........................1.................2.
A......................5..........................4...................2
B.....................3............................4..............1
C....................8..............................3..........4

If I pull up Region "A" then the formula above will find countries associated to it (ie 2, 4,5).

From there, there is a vlookup (=VLOOKUP($H$22,$B$2:$E$208,3,FALSE)) value next to the countries to find the values associated to the countries.


I was able to create this dynamic data. The chart kind of works however it is not showing the series (Values).
Basically I see the categories (countries) and the numbers on the number line....but the bar graph itself is not showing up.

Please help!

In addition, the chart does change when the region changes. So if I select Region A, the chart will only show countries associated to it. If I select B, only those....etc.
