Hope everyone is well.

Have a problem that I need help on.

On Cell D339 for example: I have a list of subjects and when I select them, they change colour and the 11 cells below: However I'm sure there is a easy way of doing this.
=$D$339="Drama"

How can I change the formulae so it is easy to copy across to the other cells and the ones below, instead of manually doing this?

Excel Joke
Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
Just remove the $ signs from the formula.

Very difficult to tell as I cannot see D339 & there are no cells in the range that have Drama.
What exactly are you trying to do?

Ok, do you mean you want to format each block based on the value in the top left cell?
If so, then I'm afraid I don't know of any quick & simple way. You could use the format painter, but you would still need to edit the formula.
