I would like to create a visual representation of individual schedules to demonstrate the varying levels of unfilled capacity across all of our producers. I am not sure how to pull the data from each line and consolidate each day or multiple appointments into one row so that I can show several days or producers (or both) in a concise format. How can this be accomplished?

The schedule data is in the following format:

I would like to present the information in the format below. I will likely shade the cells for presentation purposes, but the general idea is outlined below:

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
You can also try copy/paste as "TRANSPOSE" to ease out the same...
