We have a workbook template we use that has 10 worksheets that need to be unhidden and hidden, depending on who views the sheet, is there an easy way to unhide multiple sheets within a workbook, instead of selecting each one through the menu options.

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).

Good evening John Little

Not via the Excel interface, no. However there's no reason why you can't write / record a macro and have it attached to a button that will hide / unhide any given worksheets when clicked. Shout out if you want some help coding that.

Alternatively, you can download my add-in via the link below which has a utility that can hide / unhide one, some or all worksheets all at once.
