Unique colour for high and low point in column chart

Hello, is it possible to format the high and low point in a column chart differently from the other columns? Say blue for all except the low value in red and the high value in green?
I am sure that I have seen a video somewhere but cannot find it.

Conditional formatting... =Min : RED, =Max: Green, =1 : Blue
