Unique Count within Sumproduct

Can someone please assist with this formula. This is filtering out the data that I need filtered out but I also need it to give me a unique client count. Client Name is in Column C, Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Try the following formula, which needs to be confirmed with CONTROL+SHIFT+ENTER...

=SUM(IF(FREQUENCY(IF(Dupe="No",IF(CATEGORY="I_PUB",IF(Client<>"",MATCH("~"&Client,Client&"",0)))),ROW(Client)-MIN(ROW(Client))+1)>0,1))
