Unique List and Count of Item

Hello All,
Please help and thank you in advance!

I have a list of companies with their products and versions. I'm trying to create a list that will list the name of each unique product and give a count for each of these on a different sheet. Is this possible?

cell D / cell E / cell F
Company Name / Product Name / Product Version

You could do that using a Pivot Table. Insert a Pivot Table. Drag 'product name' to the rows area and 'product name' again to the values area. By default it should give you a unique list and then count the number of each.
