Unit measure for sold quantities can be EA (each article) and L (liter). Unit measures have Custom format in excel depending on unit.
For example, cell A2 shows 3 EA while cell A3 have 50 L. Subsequently, A2 cell have format #.##0 „EA“, while B2 #.##0 „L“. In formula bar you cannot see unit but only number.
I would like to know if it is possible to get unit text in B column through existing Excel formula or VBA. Cell B2 must display „EA“ because cell A2 have value 3 EA, while B3 must have „L“ (50 L in A3). It is necessary in order to avoid summarizing values with different unit.

Unit measure for sold quantities can be EA (each article) and L (liter). Unit measures have Custom format in excel depending on unit.
For example, cell A2 shows 3 EA while cell A3 have 50 L. Subsequently, A2 cell have format #.##0 „EA“, while B2 #.##0 „L“. In formula bar you cannot see unit but only number.
I would like to know if it is possible to get unit text in B column through existing Excel formula or VBA. Cell B2 must display „EA“ because cell A2 have value 3 EA, while B3 must have „L“ (50 L in A3). It is necessary in order to avoid summarizing values with different unit.
