Can someone help me with a formula to convert units to minutes for my time card?
10 Units= 60 minutes.
lets say if there are 12 units how do I convert this to the exact minutes?

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
10 Units = 60 Minutes
1 Unit = 6 Minutes
12 Units = 10 Units + 1 Unit + 1 Unit = 60 Minutes + 6 Minutes + 6 Minutes = 72 Minutes

Or if 10 is in A1 and 60 is in B1

= B1/A1 * 12
