Does anyone know how to write a query to return ONLY records that are unmatched between two tables? I think newer versions of office might have this option, but my company is still in the stone ages with Access 2002 SP-2.

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
No, versions as low as Access 97 have it (you are pretty advanced with Access 2002!).

Go to the Queries section and click on the New button. From that list, select "Find Unmatched Query Wizard". The wizard should walk you through it step-by-step.

Oh, thanks.... I feel a little stupid bashing my company software now... but that is typically the norm around here. Thanks again!

That's OK. We are still on 2000 here!
