Unprotecting a sheet once a text box is selected

Ok ... you are using a SHAPE as a quasi "textbox". Do you already have code that works with it so it performs like a REGULAR TEXTBOX ?

In Excel 2007 when you insert a Rectangle shape, another small part of the Menu changes and has a TEXTBOX as a selection.

This has been a VERY, VERY good day. I learned two new things.

I don't have an older version, but using the method you show in your picture will be greyed out if there is already a box selected !
Unselect any existing boxes BEFORE trying to insert antoer !

Sorry to be a bit thick but where do you mean when you say the form code window?

In my vbe, all I can see is the sheet modules, ThisWorkbook module and the numbered modules. I don't know where you refer to as the form code window.
