Unreadable Content - Pivot Table

This seems to be a common problem, yet I can't find a solution.

1) I do not have KPIs
2) sheet called "Raw" w/ table that is an import from (linked to) access.
3) sheet called "Pivot" which uses "Raw" as the source.
4) some other sheets, but they are not linked to either of the above. Error happens even if I remove the other sheets.
5) I can refresh "Raw", save, close, reopen and everything is ok.
6) Error happens when I refresh "Raw", then refresh "Pivot", save, close, reopen, then I get the error.

Using: Excel 2007, xlsm extension.

I have spent about 10 hours dissecting this file to no avail.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!

I've had similar situations & sometimes it was due to some hidden corruption in the workbook. Try creating a new workbook & recreate Raw and Pivot and see if the problem goes away.

Alternatively, create a pivot table which pulls the data directly from access without the intermediary worksheet Raw.

Thanks Ron! I had recreated it also, and that didn't work. However, I did as you suggested and linked the pivot direct to access and it seems to be working now!!! PTL!
