Sorry I hate thread links that are obscure and hear i am doing it myself.
I am really stuck on this and hope you can help.
I use various courier companies and want my team in the postroom to be able to enter the start of a post code e.g SW1 into a cell and then get results showing in another cell. I need to only show the lowest quote ( from a list of possibly 3 ) if it was just a few
I would just print out and we would look up but it's every post code in london and a few regular ones around the country
I know I can do =MIN(D8:D10) to show the lowest in a list but I can not work out how to move from entering the postcode to just looking up a specific range for that postcode.
also need to show what company has given the lowest quote and I am just getting confused. is this possible e.g. SW1 = Citysprint £3.58
Hope you can help my IT dept said they have no clue.
Thanks Cliff
