Suppose field 1 is HATCHEDA
Table is Users
Department column for HATCHEDA contains 'Sporting Goods'
Query = "UPDATE Department='Marketing' FROM Users WHERE User_Name='HATCHEDA'"
now the new department is 'Marketing' for HATCHEDA
??? Please help if you kown anything about accessing SQl with VBA
