Update an original list only with new elements from other source(s)

Hello!

I have an original list of products (see Table 1 from the attached link / image), on the basis of are generated periodically inventory lists (Table2). The inventory lists include items, already registered, but in the warehouse may be found also some new elements, that are not included in the original list. My question is how could be updated automatically the content of mother list, only with the new elements that are not identified before within it (see Table 3). I wish the new items to be part of Table 1, Table 3 is just to clarify the final structure of Table 1. Thank you!

Duplicate Updating automatically the basic list of products when new elements are identified in inventories

Please do not post the same question multiple times. All clarifications, follow-ups, and bumps should be posted back to the original thread.
