Update cell value (price) based off another cell value (description) from master sheet

Is it possible to go through multiple worksheets and update matching descriptions with an updated price off of a master worksheet?

I have multiple worksheets that may have the same description and instead of finding each one manually I would like to take the updated price off of the master sheet and populate the current price.
