I have to find each record in Data Sheet by its cheque no in 10000 rows and write DP No and C and it takes too much time I want in result sheet with command button to update data meaning to say I fill requied detail in columns h and I in Result Sheet and press command button to update following data in Data Sheet in same columns by matching their Cheque No and like

Are the check no and CL data to be extracted from the same dataBase from which the macro got the data by executing the AdvancedFilter? ...

1) if the answer to the above is YES ... then why shouldn't the AdvancedFilter extract the check no and CL data as well

2) if the answer to my question is NO, then where is the check no and CL data to be pulled from? and how is the data laid out?

The main criteria of this advance filter based on two conditions
If DP No Is blank
IF CL is blank

Check No is already entered in Data sheet and it extracts on result sheet if you see my first example after running advance filter macro.

1) The First table in your post is the Result Sheet (which comes from use of AdvancedFilter) and does not have the DP No and CL information.
is this correct?

2) The Second table in your post is the Data Sheet. Now please clarify this ...

a) DP No and CL information is to be written into columns H and I of the Result sheet from the Data Sheet
is this correct?

or

b) DP No and CL information is to be written into columns H and I of the Result Sheet from some place else
is this correct?

I have two sheets one is named Data and other is Result, DP No and CL information is being extracted from Data Sheet. Please see mentioned below macro that does it

And both sheets have same columns header as you saw in my tables.

If I have understood you correctly, then one way to do what you want to accomplish is to you use the following Worksheet_Change event code in the Result sheet ...

Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
    If Target.Column = 8 Or Target.Column = 9 Then
    Sheets("Data").Cells(Target.Row, Target.Column) = Target.Value
    End If
End Sub

With this code, whenever a change is made in a cell of column H, or I of the Result sheet, the corresponding cell in the Data sheet will be automatically populated with the target value.

I hope this helps. If your situation is not exactly what I have understood it to be, then adapt the suggested code accordingly to suit your needs. Good Luck!
