Update Excel data in powerpoint excel...

Hi All,
I am anew user.I am facing a problem in updating powerpoint file from excel file.
I have a data in excel file.I copy that data in powerpoint slide then I save both the files.Now I want that when I update excel file,powerpoint file should automatically updated.What should I write in excel file Visual Basic Editor.Please help.Waiting for a valuable advice.

No need for VB.

In Excel select your data, right click and choose Copy. In your Powerpoint presentation choose Edit|Paste Special, check Paste Link and click OK. Now the Powerpoint presentation will update when the data in the workbook changes.
