All, I have three workbooks. The first is for all agents to enter their stats. The second is for formula calculations based on the the workbook. The third is for charts based on worksheets calculated in the second workbook. I discovered when I opened the third workbook, the links would not update without the source. This means opening both workbook sources. I went to help and it directed me to edit links( I'm working in Excel 2007) I choose "enable automatic update for all workbook links. This did not work. I've since then tried other options recommended. I am still having to open the source before viewing all the data in the third workbook. I have worksheets for each of my 20 agents entering stats each month and I don't want to have too many worksheets in one workbook for them to have to search through, thus the reason it's broken down in monthly workbooks. The second is where I do all my calculations rolling up the data for the third workbook that contains the charts for management view. I would not like them having to opening the sources to view the data. Especially if they're view trend information to compare a couple of months; they would have to open all the sources for each month which would not go over well. Please show me a way to make this uncomplicated.
Thanks
