update one sheet from other sheet

Hello
I take bank transaction every day form our software in excel.
On 1st date I get data and fill blue colour the data which reconciled.
On 2nd date I take new sheet updated data from 1st to 2nd date.
How can I get the 2nd date data in which the 1st date data coloured.

1. Filter the colored data.
2. copy the data to new sheet.
