update one spreadsheet everyday from several

I would like to transfer only changed data from 4 spreadsheets to one that I receive daily, it's quite time consuming using vlookup because the data varies depending upon who sends me the information. Below are the headers I need to populate from each spreadsheet, don't know if it helps. all the spreadsheets are similar in nature
