and [CategoryName] and i print a report from a custom hotel program every day with code description and total for each code and save as excel file, is there any way i can link that report every day with the above file, the problem is that sometimes the report will not print a code if there's not transactions.
or is it better to do it in Access than Excel? and import the file to access every day?
