Hi All,

I need some help here. I have a workbook with one master list which is hidden from everyone (lets called it Masterlist). I had a transformation based on this Masterlist sheet and Load into multiple other sheets (Lets called this sheet Data sheet). In the Data sheet, i will have the linked master list which comes from Power Query and also other column which added in the Data sheet itself. Example as per screenshot below:

The problem that i faced is when i add a new Region or City. If I add a new Region or City in the Masterlist and once the data loaded, it shows in between Line 1 and Line 2. The column in Black doesnt shifted down to follow the changes in the linked sheet. This is how it looks like because i want to have this kind of sorting in my data.

This is how ideally i want my sheet would be after i add a new data in Masterlist and refresh the Data sheet. It will get sorted out and the data in the Data sheet still remain as previous.

Appreciate any helps on this and whether its even possible to shift the row down. thanks :)
