update table automatically

I would like to have a table to automatically update frrom the largest to smallest from top to bottom based on the number of investigations. The table will only consist of the 8 classifications. The only thing that will change are the number of investigations. I would like for table to update automatically once the number of investigations change and the rows sorted from largest to smallest based on the column containing the number of investigations. Is this possible?
