hey everyone..

What i've got :
-protoV6.xls
-folder "PRODUCTION"

Well in protoV6.xls there's a "GrandTotal" sheet.
And this sheet will be saved as the 'date' in "PRODUCTION" folder.

If I have protoV7.xls, protoV8.xls(and more) & each has "GrandTotal" sheet, and i'd like to save it as an already existed workbook in "PRODUCTION", how do i UPDATE it instead of replacing it???

Pls Advise.

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
Oh and the qty col is using sumproduct.

issit possible to sum up all the new orders instead of overwriting?
