Updating a database from a Template?

I've created a Purchase Order Template which gives the user the option to update the Purchase database each time a new Purchase Order is created from the template. The Purchase Order gives the user the ability to enter mulitple lines of items to be purchased. I am able to update the database with the first row of items in the PO, however I cannot see a way to update the database with the rows below the first row.

Does anyone know if this can be done and if so, how?
