I have quite a few sets of stats sheets that I need to update each month. That is I need to re-date them and delete the entries for the previous month. Is there any way I can autmate this? I have attached a sample from one of the sheets. I actually tried to upload this earlier but think it failed? Apologies if it did not.

Thank you in advance

Alex

Excel Facts

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
The dates all need to be updated to the next month, and all the cells for the weeks under the entries (this is just a small example) need to be cleared of information but the formulas left in place. I hope that is clear enough?

Thanks Alex

Can anyone please help me with my post. Just to clarify, I need a way of updating the attached sheet (and others similar) every month so that the month title at the top updates and the date values at the side update. I also need to clear all existing information in the cells above the totals at the bottom of each week. I tried to write a macro to do this but there are so many entries on each sheet I must have lost the thread. If anyone can help I would be very grateful.

Thank you in advance Alex
