How do I update a powerpoint file that has from within the excel source file as opposed to going into the powerpoint and hitting update links each time. I would also like this to be for files that are on a shared drive such as teams or sharepoint. Do the source and destination files (xls and ppt) need to be in the same folder? If someone opens the xls from within the teams using ther excel application and then saves it there, will this also update the powerpoint. Many thanks, John
