my office just upgraded the microsoft office excel to "office 365 2013 proplus and now none of my codes are working if i copy and past them. One of my codes are this

=SUMPRODUCT((DATABASE!$E$2:$E$65534=A4)*((DATABASE!$F$2:$F$65534-DATABASE!$B$2:$B$65534>=3)+(DATABASE!$F$2:$F$65534-DATABASE!$B$2:$B$65534<0)))

but when I put it on another sheet it pops up like this

=SUMPRODUCT(('[bus tracking service sheet 6.4.15 office version.xlsm]DATABASE'!$E$2:$E$65534=A4)*(('[bus tracking service sheet 6.4.15 office version.xlsm]DATABASE'!$F$2:$F$65534-'[bus tracking service sheet 6.4.15 office version.xlsm]DATABASE'!$B$2:$B$65534>=3)+('[bus tracking service sheet 6.4.15 office version.xlsm]DATABASE'!$F$2:$F$65534-'[bus tracking service sheet 6.4.15 office version.xlsm]DATABASE'!$B$2:$B$65534<0)))

if i even type it out old school letter for letter I still get a #VALUE! error. i don't know why it's doing this. I was able before to copy information from one sheet to the next without or little editing, now no matter what it's not working. I'm tracking what garages gets their repairs done within a 72 hours period. if the date passes 72 hours it will highlight it in yellow. is there a way to fix this. or is the =sumproduct dont work for this upgrade anymore.

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
With any office 365 deployment, you need to also specify that you are using the desktop version and not the web-version of the application. The web version has some advantages, but the nuances can have some negatives that surprise.

Through your 365 login you should have the option to install a local or desktop version. I have a subscription in a home version that I've never used the web versions of office applications except for Outlook.com

since my company upgraded to this 365 it's been acting really funny with my formulas or any previous documents that I created. now every time I open up a document none of my formulas work automatically. my Macro's is on and active as normal. just nothing changes when field is updated, unless i double click on it and back off the cell. it's not making any since to me. is there some new option that is preventing any of my formulas or data to stop changing fields?
