Upper Case Date Formula

I am using a formula to return the date in cell B1: =NOW()+28. This returns February 2005. Can I add to this formula or format the cell to return: FEBRUARY 2005? I would like the month to show as all upper case. Thank You.

=UPPER(TEXT(TODAY()+28,"mmmm yyyy"))
