Hello:

My instructions for this workbook are as follows:

1. Hit refresh in the data tab under add-ins
2. Within formula, fix the zeros by adding Iferror(0,…) and then add one more bracket at the end.

(All of the cells don't call values from other cells, so I am unsure how to reference the current value of the cell, and perform the IFERROR function on values that are zero, and replace those values with "...".

Notes:

I hit the refresh button in the proper worksheet under the DATA tab, and selected "Refresh All".

"Refresh" is grayed so I presume that "Refresh All" would also work.

I don't see any connection information or databases available, so I am unsure if this information was stripped from the sheet?

Notes:

Where can I upload a sample sheet?

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
Hello and welcome to The Board.
IFERROR is not the function to use, in the way that you described.
If it is just a "display" requirement you could format the cell using a Custom Format.
For example, if the current formatting is "General", use the Custom Format:
General;;"..."
