Urgent! Need help on adding a Subform Query

Hi, my supervisor has given me a task in access... Im not really familiar with access, and i need to get it done by the end of the day.

I have a form for a project. It has information fields for project ID;title ; short desccription; project start and end date.. but the problem is, it doesnt have information on the milestones (phases) of the project. So I've been asked to insert something like a subform query. I've never done this before and have zero idea where I should start. I've been asked to make a formula in excel earlier, which you can get an idean on in this link here..

so I have extracted data from access, and exported the data to a .xlsm file. to view as excel. now what I need to get is, how to get the table, in the above link below to viewed in the subform query im about to make. And no, it has nothing to do with colors. All i need is to see the most urgent to finish milestone on default on the dropdown list query of my subform.

I need columns to be
Milestone Name(in dropdown list)
Milestone Deadline
Mileston Status

can someone give me instructions?
