Hi, i have this data A in acess file and i keep it on shared network.
Then, using excel B i get the pivot graph and table from data A. Excel B i upload it in ftp filezilla.
My idea is, they only need to download the excel B once to their pc. Afterthat, everytime they open the excel B it will prompt asking to update link. They also can refresh the data.
Does anyone have any idea on how to do all those things?
