US values and getting it to work for a UK amazon report

Trying to amened a pbix that someone made with US values and getting it to work for a UK amazon report. This is in order to see what amazon owes on returns/ ****ups they have made so could be a bit of money.

From the person who made it-

created my own calculator that spits out the Order IDs that are qualified for reimbursement. How it works is you download 2 reports from Amazon (orders and returns) and upload them into the Power BI doc I made. Power BI will then go through all the orders and returns, and figure out who 1) bought your product 2) were refunded 3) didn't return the product 4) has not been reimbursed by amazon. It then spits out the list of these Order IDs that you can upload in seller central to be reimbursed
