Use Cut instead of Copy to Move Filtered Rows to another Sheet

Hi All,

The below code identifies and copies filtered rows from one sheet to another. Is there a way to do this using "Cut" instead of "Copy"? I want to remove them from the 1st sheet.
I tried simply replacing "copy" with "cut" and it didn't like that. "cannot do more than one at a time" i believe was the scolding i got.

Otherwise is there another way to accomplish the same thing?

Code:
'find all instances of value (ticketnumber)
Range("A1:A" & LastRow).AutoFilter Field:=1, Criteria1:=TicketNum & "*"

Range("A2:A" & LastRow).SpecialCells(xlCellTypeVisible).EntireRow.Copy _
    Destination:=Sheets("Sheet2").Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1)

thanks in advance

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
Try
Code:
with Range("A2:A" & LastRow).SpecialCells(xlCellTypeVisible).EntireRow
.Copy     Destination:=Sheets("Sheet2").Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1)
.Delete
End With

thanks JoeMo,
That works. I need to take a closer look at why it appears to be moving random values. But it is moving values from one sheet to another.
thanks
