Use existing code on another worksheet advice

Morning,
This code supplied below is situted in ThisWorkBook & covers each worksheet within ithat workbook & works fine.

I would like to use the same code BUT in another workbook but only for the worksheet called INCOME
Please advise how it can be editied so it works only for the worksheet mentioned above & not the other worksheet in that workbook.

Dim i As Long

Sh.Cells(3, "A").Select

For i = 28 To 4 Step -1

If Sh.Cells(i - 1, "A") <> "" Then

In the VBA project window, double click on the INCOME sheet, and in the code window that pops up, copy the below:-
