I am trying to write a macro that will look at column C and see if there is a YES in the column and then copy those rows to a separate work sheet but can not find out how to copy data to another sheet like this.

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
Welcome to the Board! Would something like this work for you?

Code:
Dim FilterRange As Range, DataSheet As Worksheet

Set DataSheet = ActiveSheet
Set FilterRange = Range("A1:F13")
FilterRange.AutoFilter Field:=3, Criteria1:="Yes"
FilterRange.SpecialCells(xlCellTypeVisible).Copy
Sheets.Add
ActiveSheet.Paste
Application.CutCopyMode = False
DataSheet.Select
FilterRange.AutoFilter
