Use "OR" to chose from 100 cells

Hi, I have 2 tables :
table #1

S/N Installed	P/N Installed	Description

table #2 at another sheet

at table #1 column (S/N) I tried to use VLOOKUP if write any number from table #2 column (S/N) to bring cell from column (P/N) and more, but it doesn't work because i want to chose from 100 cells, from example =if(or(A2(table1)=$A$2:$A$100,VLOOKUP(A2(table1),....etc)

from example =if(or(A2(table1)=$A$2:$A$100,VLOOKUP(A2(table1),....etc)

Share the exact formula you are working with - No matter if it is giving Error or what. I will help understand what you want to do & where the problem could be.
