Use separate calculation to get values based of reference cell on another excel

I have sheet of times in time format, lets say in seconds, like following..

A1=100 seconds
A2=200 seconds
A3=300 seconds

in B column, I have a divide calculation that converts seconds to wanted time format (ex.hours), =A1/3600, so values are

B1=0,027..
B2=0,055..
etc.

I also have total row, wich counts the sum of column B.

I Also have multiplier in one cell (lets say in C1) that marks how many times column A values happen.

This whole sheet is a separate excel, which by itself, is kind of a "balanced calculator".
Results I have from it basically are something like: We are going on a pace 5, we have X amount of "things", but when pace is 7, it's not the same as pace 5 +2 (bases on rounds and if formulas that are included in calculator itself).

So I'm asking is there a way, that when I have a separate excel sheet, where i have different paces on each week, could I make a formula that "changes" the multiplier value from my calculator excel and gives amount of "things" based on given pace.

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
Hi, I've read your post several times now and I don't really have any idea what you want to do exactly.

Can you please explain much more clearly ?

Don't worry about explaining the real world application of your situation, that might not be relevant.
Just focus on describing very clearly what data you have and EXACTLY what you want to do with it.
A couple of worked examples might be useful.
