Hello,

I am trying to automate a workbook I am working on. I have created two pivot tables that draw from the same data set, they are controlled by a slicer. I am not sure how to explain what I need to do, so I will try to illustrate below:

I have this data set:

City
A
B
C
D

What I want to do is set up up the slicers so that if I select one group, the second table will display the opposite cities, so:

I select:

Preferred City
A
B

the second table automatically displays:

Non-Preferred City
C
D

I don't know if there is a way to do that in excel, I was hoping maybe there was some type of setting or formula I could use. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
