Dear All,
This is my first post so apologies if I have made any etiquette errors.
I am trying to hyperlink to different worksheets within my workbook when they are created, to do this I am using:
What I would like to do is to change "'Baker, Phil'" to a cell reference in the same sheet that would already have "Baker, Phil" typed in to it.
Perhaps something along the lines of this: (even though I know it doesn't work).
Or something along those lines.
EDIT: I want to do this so I can simple click and drag to as I want to lock the cells so that the people I am giving the workbook to cannot alter the formula (and so that they don't have to) every time a name changes.
Thank you very much
Jeester

=HYPERLINK("#'"=A3"'!A1","More Info")
