Hi All,

Basically I have a set of table on which I monitor the state of a server.
1 - Uninitialized, 2 - Initialized, 3 - Running, 4 - Disabling, 5 - Disabled, 6 - Shutdown Pending, 7 - Delete Pending.

The table looks like this

DatePool StateLegends
7/22/20223Running
7/23/20223Running
7/24/20222Initialized
7/25/20225Disabled

I've created a Line graph, but instead of numbers in the Y axis, I would like to replace it with the Legends.

(Line Graph on which show the Number. I wanted to show the legends instead (Running,Initialized, Disabled etc2x))

Anyone can guide me here?

Thanks

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
Never really thought to put labels in the Y axis on a line graph. Are you open to another idea?

Maybe a PivotChart like this:
