Use userform to select a range?

Hey everyone,

Is there a way to set up a userform so that it allows you to select a range within the excel workbook? I'd like to set something up that allows a user to select that range, and then copy & paste that range into several other tabs in the workbook. Thanks in advance for all of the help!
