Hi,

I have a table where the data is in A2 to E_ and the heading is from A1 to E1.
Column A1 is serial number B1 is Date C1 is Time D1 is Name (drop down) and E1 is Log.
When a number is entered in A2, data in Column B2 and C2 is automatically entered. D2 and E2 are manually entered.
I am looking for a way to prevent the user from deleting any data after entering. i.e. A user can only enter data but cannot delete it.
Thanks,
Vij

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
How does a user correct the mistake if the data is entered incorrectly? You probably don't want to be called every time a mistake occurs.
