User, Date and Time Stamp

morning (well it is here anyway!!)

I was wondering if there is a formula so that I can get the username of the computer (possibly the name that is in the `tools`, `options`, `general` tab) and the date and time stamp it was last modified?

Any suggestions would be fantastic
