User Form tick boxes

I have a userform with 10 peoples names, with tick boxes for each name, each person has a specific macro assigned to them

when the enter button is pressed i need the macros for selected people only to run.
how would i write this?

Can more than one be selected when enter is choosen?

replace the msgbox with your macro for individual. commandbutton1 is your enter button
